Research on TDOA Location Algorithm for Ultra-wideband Precision Real-Time Iocation System
随着工业4.0 的提出, 各行各业对例如人员、物品、设备等的精准定位需求在不断地增加。面对日趋饱和的频谱资源, 超宽带室内定位技术因其自身的特点, 迅速在众多室内定位技术中脱颖而出。目前, 如何减小超宽带室内定位误差成为了整个超宽带定位系统必须解决的关键问题。UWB TDOA 定位算法因其数学模型简单, 数据运算量相对较少, 成为目前UWB技术常用算法。本文基于TDOA定位算法的基础上, 以Hainan EVK RTLS3.0硬件平台为辅助手段, 重点研究无线时钟同步协议和UWB室内定位网络扩展两个方面。在无线时钟同步协议方面, 针对传统TPSN 协议所存在的缺陷, 提出一种结合神经网络的时钟同步TPSN 协议。与传统TPSN协议相比, 所提算法充分考虑相对漂移的影响,通过对学习样本不断重复学习, 减少了随机时延对时钟同步精度的影响。为了防止掉入局部极小值, 导致永不收敛, 提出一种学习率在线自我调节的方法, 有效增强BP祌经网络模型的稳定性, 从而提高所提算法的性能, 时钟同步误差得到有效降低。在UWB室内定位网络扩展方面, 针对不同的应用场所, 在单蜂窝场景的基础上, 来验证UWB室内定位系统网络扩展的可行性。实测结果表明不同子区域的室内定位精度均能满足UWB定位技术的厘米级定位要求, 且相对单一区域来说, UWB室内定位系统的性能得到提升。
